Exactly half of the estate is designated as affordable housing, requiring our bricklayers to maintain a consistently high-quality architectural finish across a mix of detached, semi-detached, and terraced elevations.

New Contract

‘The Wickets’ is a collection of new Persimmon houses that we are delighted to be the brickwork contractors for. They will be located in Penenden Heath, Maidstone and will offer a range of two, three and four bedroom houses to make it ideal for families and first time buyers. The development will be made up of 50 new homes.

New Contract

We are very excited to be the brickwork contractors for another Bellway Homes job. This is going to be a large housing development located on the outskirts of Ashford, less than three miles from Ashford’s town centre. There will be a range of properties, from 2-5-bedroom homes. It is also going to incorporate a childrens play area and football pitch on the development to make it perfect for families.
