It was a big extension project to deliver 50 additional brands, a new food piazza, events space and redesigned children’s play area, as well as over 700 new parking spaces. Roe Brickwork are very pleased to have concluded another successful project with Redrow Homes. The development is made up of family homes and apartments which are located on a riverside setting. Supply of labour, mortar and sundry materials for the construction of house, flats, garages and garden walls.
Completion of this project lead to Roe Brickwork securing two others with Redrow Homes, Sunningdale Green in the seaside town, Herne Bay and a new development in High Halstow near Rochester.
