Apprentice Training Scheme

Roe take great pride in their Apprentice Training Scheme. We liaise closely with both the CITB and also the local Colleges, to ensure that the right candidates get the right support both on site, and off site.

Excellence and Quality

In any industry there always a great deal of expectation to deliver excellence and quality. However, in the building trade this has to be balanced alongside health and safety, as no two days are the same. Roe never take for granted the welfare of our employees. All of our site supervisors have SSSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificates. Every operative has the CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) standard, demonstrating that they not only have the necessary health and safety awareness, but that they can demonstrate occupational competence. Our plant operatives regularly update their CPCS (Construction Plant Certification Scheme) certificates.
