The rankings recognise employers who are leading the way in delivering outstanding apprenticeship programmes, based on three key areas:


Achievement – supporting apprentices to successfully complete their programmes.
Commitment – providing a diverse range of apprenticeship opportunities, particularly for young people.
Apprentice Experience – earning excellent reviews from apprentices themselves.

A massive shoutout to the Roe Brickwork team who played at Charity Construction Cup at Chatham Town FC!

It was an amazing day of football, but the real victory was raising vital funds and awareness for Ataxia, PIL, and DOCK8 deficiency on behalf of Stacey, Clody, and Lewis.

Thank you to the organisers, the supporters, and everyone who donated to these incredible causes.

We are incredibly proud of the lads for winning the Europa Cup, but even prouder to support such an important cause. Well done to everyone involved in organising a fantastic day!

The championship features two main divisions: the Junior category (Level 2 students) and the Senior category (Level 3 students) – Our apprentice Nathan secured 4th place in the Juniors!

We are incredibly proud of what he has accomplished. As a first-year apprentice, this is an outstanding milestone and a reflection of his hard work, dedication, and commitment to learning and developing his skills. He should be extremely proud of himself, and we look forward to seeing what he achieves in the future.

The competition was held a Leeds College of building; Where competitors face a challenging, time-constrained practical build aimed at assessing their advanced craftsmanship.

They are judged on their technical precision, consistency, understanding of working drawings, and their ability to execute complex details such as curved, recessed, or projected courses.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Bricklaying Apprentices to join our team. This is a great opportunity to learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and work alongside skilled professionals.

KFE4Skills is an annual skills competition delivered in partnership with East Kent Colleges Group, MidKent College, and North Kent College, providing students with the opportunity to showcase their skills and compete for recognition.

Roe Brickwork has achieved remarkable success, receiving significant recognition for our dedication to apprenticeships throughout the years. In 2024, Roe Brickwork has been ranked 2nd in the country for the Top SME 50 Apprenticeship Employers, an improvement from our 15th place ranking in 2023.

We take pride in holding the Construction Line Gold accreditation, which reflects our dedication to upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, compliance, and reliability as a brickwork contractor.

‘The Wickets’ is a collection of new Persimmon houses that we are delighted to be the brickwork contractors for. They will be located in Penenden Heath, Maidstone and will offer a range of two, three and four bedroom houses to make it ideal for families and first time buyers. The development will be made up of 50 new homes.
